2. Refund Eligibility

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Job seeker accepts a job offer
  • Job seeker withdraws from the program after service initiation
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics)
  • Services already rendered as per agreement

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Email refund request to billing@skylandmanpower.com within 7 days of service termination
  2. Provide Details: Include service agreement number and reason for request
  3. Review Period: 15 business days for evaluation
  4. Processing: Approved refunds processed within 30 days via original payment method

5. Dispute Resolution

Escalation Path

  • First attempt: Resolution by billing team (7 days)
  • Second attempt: Review by compliance officer (7 days)
  • Final arbitration: Legal team decision (binding)

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes subject to Telangana, India jurisdiction under:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
