2. Refund Eligibility

Before service initiation | Eligible | Full refund |
After service initiation | Partial | 50% refund |
After job placement offer is made | Not Eligible | Service considered rendered |
After joining the company | Not Eligible | No refund post joining |
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Job seeker accepts a job offer
- Job seeker withdraws from the program after service initiation
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics)
- Services already rendered as per agreement
4. Refund Process
- Submit Request: Email refund request to billing@skylandmanpower.com within 7 days of service termination
- Provide Details: Include service agreement number and reason for request
- Review Period: 15 business days for evaluation
- Processing: Approved refunds processed within 30 days via original payment method
5. Dispute Resolution
Escalation Path
- First attempt: Resolution by billing team (7 days)
- Second attempt: Review by compliance officer (7 days)
- Final arbitration: Legal team decision (binding)
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes subject to Telangana, India jurisdiction under:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
