1. Definitions

• "Services" means all recruitment, visa assistance, and career advisory services offered by Skyland.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing our services.
• "Candidate" means job seekers using our placement services.
• "Employer" refers to companies using our recruitment solutions.

2. Scope of Services

Skyland provides ethical international recruitment services including:

• Overseas employment placement
• Visa and immigration consultation
• Employer-candidate matching
• Career counseling and skills assessment

We operate in compliance with the Emigration Act (India), GDPR (Europe), and relevant international labor laws.

3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information

Prohibited Conduct:

• Misrepresentation of qualifications or job requirements
• Discriminatory hiring practices
• Unauthorized commercial use of our platform
• Violation of destination country labor laws

4. Fees & Payments

For Candidates: Basic job search services are free. Premium services (resume enhancement, interview coaching) may incur fees clearly disclosed beforehand.

For Employers: Skyland Manpower offers recruitment, candidate matching, and employer dashboard features at no cost. Employers are not charged any fees for hiring candidates through our platform. Should any premium or value-added service be introduced in the future, it will be optional and clearly disclosed before use.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

5. Data Privacy

We process personal data in compliance with:

• India's Information Technology Act, 2000
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU candidates
• Other applicable data protection laws

By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy which details data collection, use, and protection measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (text, graphics, logos, software) is Skyland's exclusive property protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Limited personal use is permitted; commercial use requires written authorization.

7. Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently
• Restrict access for maintenance, security, or legal compliance

We will provide reasonable notice for significant service changes affecting active users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skyland shall not be liable for:

• Employment decisions made by candidates or employers
• Visa denials by government authorities
• Unforeseen circumstances affecting international placements (pandemics, political unrest)
• Indirect damages including lost income or opportunities

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Email complaints to legal@skylandmanpower.com for resolution within 30 days.

Step 2: Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Step 3: Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over remaining matters.

10. General Provisions

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Assignment: Users may not transfer rights under these Terms without our written consent.
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable.
• Updates: We may modify these Terms with notice via email or website posting.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
